Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping insurance is included on all orders for your peace of mind. However, all insurance claims are subject to carrier review and approval, and resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, Chiefs Trading Post is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Inspection Policy

We offer a 14-day inspection period with every purchase. If, for any reason, you decide an item isn’t right for you, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price only.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because each piece is unique and carefully photographed, all returns are subject to inspection.
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or differs from its original condition, the return will be declined, and the item will be sent back.

We truly strive to be fair and reasonable. This inspection policy helps protect our small business from fraud and ensures authenticity for all customers.
Our loyal, repeat customers may receive added flexibility at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to combine or modify orders after purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS Policy

All custom orders are made specifically to the customer’s specifications and are considered final sale. Any requests for changes, adjustments, or modifications to a custom order are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations of any kind, regardless of changes requested or circumstances. By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
